Request a letter indicating that you will be graduating soon/have graduated recently. Use this when you require official proof of graduation (when graduation requirements have been met in a semester previous to the current semester) or pending graduation (while currently in your final semester). This request may only be processed if accompanied by or received after a Graduation Application submission. Both requests can be submitted as soon as you're registered in courses for your final semester. Rush orders can only be ordered in person at the Registrar and Enrolment Services Office.
To complete your order, please download and fill in the Regular Studies Confirmation of Eligibility to Graduate Letter Request Form. Then upload a PDF or image file of your completed form, select the appropriate quantity and pay for your purchase.
Note: Requests made with an incomplete/incorrect form, or without a form attached will not be processed.
Requests are non-refundable and non-transferable.
