In order to receive a credential for their chosen Regular Studies program, all students must apply for graduation. Students are encouraged to apply for graduation during the semester in which they complete their program requirements, according to the posted Graduation Application Timelines.
To complete your order, please download and fill in the Graduation Application – Domestic Students, Regular Studies form then upload a PDF or image of your completed form. Select your quantity (one unit per credential applied for) and pay for your purchase.
The deadline to apply to graduate is February 1, 2025. After the deadline, students will be charged an additional $25 late fee.
The last day to submit a late application for graduation to ensure processing is complete in time to participate in the annual Convocation Ceremonies in June 2025 is March 15. Applications received after March 15 may not be processed in time for June 2025 convocation.
Note: Requests made with an incomplete/incorrect form, or without a form attached will not be processed.
