To initiate a prior learning assessment and recognition, students must first consult with the instructor to determine the eligibility of proceeding with an assessment. A signature from the instructor confirming the consultation must be provided on this form in order to submit this form for payment.
To complete your order, please download and fill in the Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition Request Form. Then upload a PDF or image file of your completed form, and pay for your purchase.
Please note: Students applying for PLAR through PebblePad are not required to submit the request form. You simply need to complete the payment for the associated fee and finalize the 'Payment' step on PebblePad.
Note: Requests made with an incomplete/incorrect form, or without a form attached will not be processed.
