This form is used to pre-order a Confirmation of Eligibility to Graduate Letter to be used as a supporting document when applying for a Post-Graduation Work Permit. This request may only be processed if accompanied by, or received after a Graduation Application submission. Both requests can be submitted as soon as you're registered in courses for your final semester.
To complete your order, please download and fill in the Regular Studies Confirmation of Eligibility to Graduate Letter Request Form (PGWP). Then upload a PDF or image file of your completed form, select the appropriate quantity and pay for your purchase.
Note: Requests made with an incomplete/incorrect form, or without a form attached will not be processed.
Requests are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Requests will not be accepted after the deadline listed on the form.
