Eligibility to Graduate Letter - Continuing Studies

NOTE: There are separate forms for Regular Studies and Continuing Studies programs. Please ensure you select the correct form.

Request a letter that you will be graduating soon/have graduated recently. Use this when you require official proof of graduation (when graduation requirements have been met in a semester previous to the current semester) or pending graduation (while currently in your final semester).

To complete your order, please download and fill in the Continuing Studies Eligibility to Graduate Letter Request Form. Then upload a PDF or image file of your completed form, select the appropriate quantity and pay for your purchase.

Note: Requests made with an incomplete form or without a form attached will not be processed.

Requests are non-refundable and non-transferable.
