NOTE: There are separate forms for Regular Studies and Continuing Studies programs. Please ensure you select the correct form.

This is an official letter indicating that you are currently enrolled in a Continuing Studies program.

To complete your order, please download and fill in the Continuing Studies Confirmation of Enrolment Form. Then upload a PDF or image file of your completed form and pay for your purchase.

Note: Requests made with an incomplete form or without a form attached will not be processed.

Requests are non-refundable and non-transferable.
