In order to receive a credential for their chosen Regular Studies program, all students must apply for graduation. Students are encouraged to apply for graduation during the semester in which they complete their program requirements.
The last day to submit a late application for graduation to ensure processing is complete in time to participate in the annual Convocation Ceremonies in June 2024 is March 15. Applications received after March 15 may not be processed in time for June 2024 Convocation.
To complete your order, please download and fill in the Graduation Application Form - Domestic Students or Graduation Application – International Students. Then upload a PDF or image file of your completed form, select your quantity (one unit per credential applied for) and pay for your purchase.
Note: Requests made with an incomplete/incorrect form, or without a form attached will not be processed.
Requests are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Late graduation applications are currently being accepted for students who have completed (or are in the process of completing) their graduation requirements in Spring 2024 or earlier.
• Graduation applications will open on July 1, 2024 for students who will be completing program requirements during the Summer 2024 semester. Late fees will not apply.
• Current processing time for new graduation applications is 6-8 weeks.
